Questions

Digital loyalty card FAQ.

Straight answers for shop owners comparing wallet cards with paper stamps and with other software.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. Fidei cards live in the wallet already on your customer's phone — Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. They join with one tap and there is nothing to install.

What kinds of cards can I create?

Digital stamp cards, points programs and tiered membership cards, each fully branded with your logo and colours.

How do my staff add stamps?

Staff open the free Fidei app, scan the customer's wallet card, and add a stamp or redeem a reward in one tap. No extra hardware required.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses design their first card and go live in about two minutes. No developers and no contracts.

Is there a contract or a setup fee?

No. Plans are billed monthly, there is no setup fee, and you can cancel at any time. The 14-day trial does not ask for a card.

Do I need both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet?

Fidei issues both from the same card design. Customers get whichever wallet is already on their phone — you do not run two programs.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

The trial clock is visible in the dashboard. When it runs out, writing (new cards, stamps, campaigns) pauses until a plan is active. Existing passes keep working; you are not locked out of reading your data.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. The shop is the controller; Fidei is the processor. That split is written in the Data Processing Agreement we ask you to accept at signup.
