Where they beat us
Their Smart Marketing Campaigns propose who to message and when, rather than leaving an owner staring at an empty composer. That is a real differentiator and we have not built the equivalent. For chains they also offer POS, CRM and single sign-on integrations, a dedicated account manager, and billing in four currencies including pounds and Colombian pesos.

Questions
How much does Tap2Loyal cost?
We are not going to guess. Their pricing page builds each amount from a currency and billing-period selector rather than publishing a fixed list, so we have left that row blank rather than quote a number we cannot source. Fidei's list is 39, 99 and 199 euros a month, or 49, 129 and 249 reais in Brazil.
Does Fidei have anything like Smart Campaigns?
Not yet. Fidei has the machinery underneath — seven automation triggers, per-week frequency caps and a per-delivery ledger — but the layer that proposes a campaign is on our backlog, not in the product. When it ships, this page will say so.
Which is better for a café?
For a single café either will do the job. Tap2Loyal is built around hospitality specifically; Fidei covers salons, studios and retail on the same platform, which matters if you run more than one kind of business or your loyalty card is not a stamp card.
Are both GDPR-compliant?
Both are EU-facing companies with published privacy notices. What we can tell you is how Fidei works: consent is recorded in an append-only ledger against the version of the document the member saw, marketing sends check the opt-in on every single delivery, and erasure scrubs personal data while leaving the consent record intact. We have not audited anyone else's implementation and do not claim to.
